Hyundai unveiled the newest addition to its popular Veloster line-up at the 2014 Chicago Auto Show. 2014 Veloster RE:FLEX Edition builds on the successful 2013 Veloster RE:MIX, and adds sportier look, unique styling cues and features, and exclusive colors.
Futhermore, the Veloster RE:FLEX includes a choice of black or red full leather seating. It is also fitted as a standard with projector headlights with LED headlight accents, LED taillights, illuminated door sills, 18-inch alloy wheels with a PVD chrome finish, chrome hood accents, chrome door handles and RE:FLEX badging on the exterior and floor mats.
In addition to this, also as a standard equipment comes the Style Package. It including front fog lights, piano black interior accents, 450-watt Dimension premium audio system with eight speakers with a subwoofer, leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, alloy pedals and an automatic up driver’s window.
Another highlight here that is standard is the rearview camera that helps the driver in various situations, and which takes full advantage of the standard 7-inch touchscreen display. RE:FLEX-exclusive Ice Pearl paint is featured here, but Hyundai also offers the Century White, Vitamin C, Ultra Black, and Boston Red paint finishes.
2014 Hyundai Veloster RE:FLEX utilizes the Gamma 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that is mated to the six-speed EcoShift dual-clutch transmission. The model will go on sale early this Spring with a limited production run of 3000 units.
