In Germany, the Kia Stinger is an absolute exotic in the upper middle class. The reason for this is probably primarily an image problem, because in terms of appearance and technology, the coupé-like five-door with 366 hp 3.3-liter twin-turbo V6 does not have to hide from the competition. The Korean is also quite suitable as a basis for individual tuning conversions – as this example impressively demonstrates, which has now been built and presented by Barracuda Racing Wheels in cooperation with the Kia tuning specialists from Giacuzzo from Menden.
Barracuda Inferno rims with a classic silver finish and the dimensions 8.5×20 at the front and 10×20 inches at the rear are mounted on the axles of the premium Kia. The tires measure 225/35R20 and 255/30R20. This combination is available exclusively from Giacuzzo for the Stinger with parts certificate.
The Giacuzzo team is also responsible for the other modifications. As a Barracuda base in Menden, they hold a large exhibition of the brand’s entire range of rims. The reduction in ground clearance by 30 millimeters at the front and 25 millimeters at the rear is thanks to Giacuzzo Exclusive lowering springs. The Giacuzzo body kit guarantees even more visual sharpness and individuality: It includes a spoiler lip and apron attachments for the front and refines the rear with a diffuser, side extensions for the apron and a spoiler. A flap exhaust system by Giacuzzo, which has an ABE or EC approval, ensures a more robust and fuller sound. The Kia tuner also offers optional performance enhancements or a pedal box for accelerator tuning for the Stinger.
