The Audi e-bike has a 48 volt lithium-ion battery incorporated into the frame. It produces 3HP (2.3 kW) and 250 Nm (184 lb-ft) of torque. The e-bike can travel up to 50 to 70 km at speeds up to 80 km/h on a single charge. When extended use is required, the battery can be easily removed and replaced with a charged one or it can be charged at a normal 230 volt outlet in 2.5 hours.
