Maserati expands network with addition of Hendy Poole

Ahead of an exciting 2023, with the launch of multiple new models in the UK, as well as the arrival of its new electric ‘Folgore’ (‘lightning’ in Italian) range, Maserati has added to its UK retailer network with the appointment of Hendy Group to serve the South and South West regions.

Taking the Trident brand’s tally of UK sites to 12, the new site in the upmarket town of Poole, Dorset, opens for business across both sales and after-sales on 1st December 2022 on West Quay Road.

Designed to embody Maserati’s values of passion, performance, innovation and beauty, the space is designed with the customer firmly in mind and its timely opening coincides with the UK arrival of the eagerly awaited Grecale, Maserati’s first mid-size SUV.

The new site will have up to 250m² showroom space for up to four cars, alongside a four bay workshop and be capable of regularly showcasing the current range of MC20, Levante, Ghibli and Quattroporte, as well as the new Grecale which is just arriving in showrooms, plus the GranTurismo four-seater coupé when it launches in 2023.

Commenting on the latest UK site and appointment of Hendy Group, Maserati North Europe General Manager, Peter Charters said, “We’re delighted to be working with the Hendy team as our brand continues to grow in the UK. They’ve consistently shown to us how committed they are to driving success and delivering luxury levels of sales and service care, which is paramount to a luxury brand like ours. We’re delighted to be able to now serve current and prospective Maserati owners in the south and southwest and look forward to a very successful partnership in the years ahead.”

Hendy chief executive, Paul Hendy, added, “This is an extremely exciting time to be adding Maserati to the Hendy portfolio, as 2023 will see a huge influx of new models and the brand is heading towards a full electrified range by 2030. This iconic Italian brand is synonymous with unique design, innovation, performance and passion and we look forward to being part of its future growth in the UK.”
