Exclusive images of the building of Puritalia 427 have been officially released by the brand. The car shown on them is dressed in a light primer coat only and does not have any paint job and finish touch. This version is prepared for mechanical and driving test sessions.
In fact, this roadster pays tribute to 1965 Shelby Cobra and is equipped with a 5.0-liter V8 engine which produces 445 hp (327 kW). There will be also an optional 605 hp (444 kW) supercharged-version of the unit. Another detail revealed about the model is that it will run on HRE Forged P40SC Wheels.
Puritalia 427 will be produced in limited run of 100 units. The cars are only handmade and in limited series, and are the real embodiment the Italian traditional craftsmanship. Puritalia has not released any information on the details delivered from the testing or when it will go officially on sale and at what price.
