08 Geneva: Volkswagen Scirocco Coupe

If you’re in love with this car, but reside within the U.S., you’re out of luck: Volkswagen has no plans to bring its new Scirocco, unveiled this week at the Geneva Motor Show, to the United States. Geneva was a quiet show for Suzuki, as the most impactful vehicle on display, the SX4 sedan, is something we’ve all seen already. Still, we have to say that as hatchbacks-turned-notchbacks go, we like the way the 4-door looks with its new protruding booty. The SX4 sedan gets the same powerplant as its hatchback brother, [...]

The Girls of Geneva 2007

Auto shows give carmakers the opportunity to present the public with their finest models, flaunting their sumptuous lines and pretty faces. (Sometimes they also display a few cars, too.) In this regard some shows are better than others, but this year in Geneva – sounding as it does like an anagram of a female body [...]

Geneva Motor Show: Toyota brings the anti-matte

We’ve already shown you the preferred finish on a few of the cars at this year’s Geneva Motor Show, but Toyota decided to take a different tack when displaying their Auris sub-compact. The chromed out two-door sat atop a pedestal for all to gaze on, providing the vain among us to check our hair and [...]
