Geneva 2008 Video: Alfa Romeo 8C Spider
The sensual Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione Spider is equipped with the same 450 4.7-liter V8 engine as the coupe version of the car, matted to a semi-auto 6-speed gearshift with computerized gear selection via levers behind the steering-wheel. Initially, 500 models of the 8C Competizione Spider will be produced, going to the USA, Italy, Germany and Japan. There’s no doubt that we would have preferred to show you a video of the 8C Competizione Spider shaking its butt on a twisty Mediterranean mountain road, but the presentation from the Geneva Show is all we have for now.
